Who really makes you feel troubled are just some of them, it’s no one but them who affect your gains and pains, influence your mind and motion. The objects that you thought over day and night, people on whom the vigor you paid, is nothing but these several ones.

In African grassland, the picture of millions of rhinoceros’ migration is quite spectacular, it seems to move collectively and live together. But as a matter of fact, rhinoceros that really lives together, the number can be just one-digit.

And because of so, they could probably become your competitors or even your enemies, and it depends on the ways of how benefits reputations and positions are taken care of and whether they are conflicted with each other or have been transformed. Actually, conflictions you have everyday, always happens on these several people.

People deal with nearest things forever, so the relationship between you and them are always fatal. Suppose in your cycle, everyone seems to be the same, vying neck and neck, generally you’re all friends, but if anyone among you is going to be promoted awarded or placed in an important position, who feels worst may be you, or maybe friends nearest from you.

It is to say, people nearest from you, is the first reason that causes your happiness and pain. Your life permanently rests on these several people, your thoughts are definitely relevant to them. How you take your actions, how you take the words, how you think of questions, are always aimed at them. In the final analysis, these several people influence your life deep. Your thinking of the world is thinking of them.

Patience and tolerant we said, generally happens on these several people. Though we deal with numbers of people, but most of our energy is used up by them.

Therefore, with whom you make friends, with whom you build your relationship, with whom you lead your life cycle, are really a piece of considerable question, and may be the most important thing throughout your life time. Good luck or bad luck, would always be relevant to them.

However, in this world, most people make friends casually, get in a cycle optionally. This kind of casualness usually brings people loss or unpleasantness.

Nokia's New Cell Phone Desgin, Reported

Employee’s level is marked with band. GBS has a band range from 6 to 10, and then marked with D, C, B, A, AA. PDF (professional development framework), which is inherited from PwCC is a very excellent skill and ability assessment system, and relevant to band. It has two dimensions, core and career.

By 6 career developing directions, every direction can be divided into several sub-categories, for example, architect is divided into application architect, information architect, and integration architect, enterprise architect, basic facility architect.

Every direction is corresponded with 6 bands, 1 and 2 refers to band 6, 3/4/5/6 refers to band7/8/9/10/

And there are 3 common core directions, business, leadership and relationship.

In March August of every year, the PDF assessment get started, each staff has to submit his paper, in which he try to prove that points required have been reached, and the arguments is taken from project assessment which is approved by project manager. And then approve by the local manager. Approving commitment approve accordingly. In the end, HR’s last verifying will result in promotion.

When i came back here, north wind blew heavily on the windows, nosily, this is the last week of October, and the last week i have to stay here, and which is also the last one i stay in HAND. At this moment, i just i want to record something, the things happened in the past half year, the way i walked through and through, and ones that i heart fully looked for, are now like the leaves who stands in the cold wind, tremblingly to be fade away.

OK, get back to business, 23.Oct. and at this afternoon after we finished the client copy from PRD to DEV machine, we started the task of CRSS' 1st period closing simulation, it must be a tough job for our clients, due to the low operation rate, we have to face great production variance, and seemly it cannot be avoided, maybe what i can do is to get a nice prepare for the coming variance analysis work.

Beware, keep cautious when your clients hand up their clarified accurate data, without checking will easily bring you big loss at a later time, today's thing approved this to be 100 percents true.

Home Town's Original Scenery

Gemin sent me a familiar music named with hometown's original scenery, it has been frequently used in lots of teledramas which are originally written by Jinyong, the floating melody always fits stories well and you would always be moved by its gentle sadness. Like most of its audiences, i know nothing about the background, but now, it's diffrent.

Sojiro, the Japanese earthen flute player, start his career of earthen flute since the time he met master Hisashi. 1975, in the small village, hearing the flute's tune played by master echoing among valleys, due to the first moment he got moved by earthen flute, he decided to learn from Hisashi.

A small wooden cabin located in forest, only one oil lantern, limited space which is only enough for two tatami, all these are the starting point of Sojiro's earthen flute music.

1979, he moved to the east area of Jumu county, started the way of pursuing his own tone color, creating his favorite flute model, he built yao and made fires with firewood with his own hands.

1980, moved to a deserted primary school, and took it as studio. he put up bricks and built yao again, and made kinds of earthen flutes among which some can only be understand and some can only be made by Sojiro himself, coz the result weren't only steps of making a flute but matching earth and its status, the heart of creating a flute step by step. the man who can play music with the flute created heart fully can only be Sojiro, it's the color only belongs to Sojiro, so it can move such a great quantity of people, so it can win their support, only Sojiro can reach this.

Sojiro, always depict his feeling to the nature, things on earth, lands and mountains, with passions originated from the deep heart, via the clean beautiful flute sounds. And his music style was greatly accepted and highly praised since his maiden work in 1985, his historic disk Wooden Logic, Windy People, Watery Hearts which entirely and clearly show lives in natural circulations well, and consequently, he got big award of Japanese records, which settled him as an immortal earthen flute player.

The music Howntown's original scenery completely make you feel longly, listening this there will never be grey cloudy bulidings in your sight anymore, all you can feel it's the purity of the setting sun's light, it's the longly smoke in a vast desert.

I went to the World's Expo Garden in Shenyang today, here are pictures i took there, it's a wonderful place in such a golden season, people go there taking wedding photos, walking on the road and breathing in shine of the setting sun... all dream alike, it's pretty big and will easily take you a whole day to go sight seeing in it. not a bad day, however... it make me getting sick of taking scenic pictures, all these are so beautiful while I feet that lonely.

Splitting headache

Splitting headache is gonna kill me, i guess the coldness of the water could possibly be the reason, bad luck, it seems so.

i cant visit this site last night, so i sent you a mail which contains four pictures taken yesterday instead of leaving any message here, i miss you, but i don't know how to speak it out while you said do not disturb you and just make you alone especially when you're haunting someone.

The film Transformers is not a bad one as you described, i told you i would be in the cinema last weekend, and i did that with my fellows, however, whether you know that or whether you care about this, about what's happening around me.

pebbles about what somebody cares while somebody dose not

Memory is a child walking along a seashore. You can never tell what small pebble it will pick up and store away among its treasured things. what i can tell myself the truth is that she got the pebble that she would like to treasure. So just take it easy, as if she was just that naughty kid.

I labeled all folds and files about her with the tag "hidden", so as to avoid missing her... i switched to another MSN so as to keep myself in calm... however, i still can't achieve that... my mind is completely not under my control... i cannot help missing her, cannot help caring about her stomach...

Love is a kind of sickness, but thank my friends for being with me while i am sick and while she's not with me.
